      JWCS is the only NGO that originated in Japan and specializes in international trade in wildlife. By supporting JWCS, you are supporting key species living abroad but affected by Japanese consumers. For our part we promise to continue fighting for a safe future for threatened wildlife and their environment in the most effective way we know.

      Although the JWCS has increased its reputation as one of the few Japanese specialist groups, we remain a small group. Our resources are very tiny compared with the massive wealth of the criminal networks we are opposing, and the industry promoting wildlife trade and supported by governments budget.
